About the School

Al Raja School is a private, bilingual, coeducational, multicultural, non-profit institution offering education from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in the capital city of Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Founded in 1899 by Amy Zwemer as the country's first Western school, it was formerly known as the Acorn School and then as the American Mission School. Located adjacent to the American Mission Hospital, Bahrain's financial and diplomatic area.
